Hi All,

while individual try to reply to my email sent from PEGA got an error:

"An error occurred while processing your email Reason: Email service [EmailDefault][Appclass][AppSE] failed:PRRuntimeError You originally wrote: "

I do see emails in the attachment but I don't get any notifications that something was sent to me.

Can anyone please suggest for what reason it happens as there is nothing being logged in Logs.

Also, there is some error count in SMA(Listener).
