Error : "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record Administrator@pega.com".
Hi I am new to Pega, I have created Cases, Stages and Process steps for an application. while run through the entire process to verify the case behaviour, I have encountered the Error : "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record Administrator@pega.com".
All the process steps which are created as Approve/Reject are throwing an error instead of giving a pop-up for approval.
Please help me to get me out of this issue.

The user communicated to the the PSC moderators (via a private message) that this issue was observed in the exercise system while trying out an example. The issue was not replicated on the personal edition system.
The user also communicated that he would post the resolution after reviewing the exercise system again!
