Please make sure that your Pega instance is externally accessible and try to reconfigure the webhook. We need to note down couple of points here. 1) The callback url should be secured (HTTPS) 2) The url should be exposed to public domain. If we try to use "https://localhost:8080/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb" (get this url from Channel service package), we will get an error. we need to expose localhost to public domain and try with new url. There are few options you can try in google to do this. The correct url should be in this format - https://publicdomain/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb I did the same and it worked for me. Try and let me know the result from your end.
