Excel sheet generated from report is not attached to mail
we were using PEGA 7.1.6 version and recently our it got updated to 8.2.1v. in our application we have configured one agent which will run once in a day. in this agent activity we are calling report definition and result is exported to excel. this exported excel sheet is sent as attachment in a email.
this functionality was working fine in PEGA 7.1.6 version. but once PEGA upgradation happened, we are receiving only email without any attachement. (Excel sheet with exported data).
we are using the activity 'pxRetrieveReportData' to retrieve the report data and 'pzRDExportWrapper' to export the data.
please let us know if any workaround is available.
Could you run the activity standalone and test the behavior to make sure that the activity is working as designed. If you are not able to generate the excel file in the email even while running the activity standalone then you can trace and check for any errors in the tracer or pegarules log.

Thanks for your tests and updating us the observed behavior. As you are not able to see any errors in the tracer or pega logs, the code doesn't seems to be breaking. As the attachment of the report definition is not being attached to the email you might need to look into the attachment specific code in your tracer log to understand the current behavior in 8.2.1. Is it possible to share the screenshots of your use case along with the tracer log enabled with Stream rules?
