Exersize system slow and not saving required fields Exercise: Configuring data validation

I try to do some exercises at the https://paex45-ap.pegacloud.io/prweb, but it's responding not / slowly and failing to submit my changes at the 'Exercise: Configuring data validation'.

What can I do to get this fixed?
