As everyone suggested, your query is not much clear, please elaborate that with screen shots.

Just to say, if you can't see anything during importing a product/patch file, there might be the reason you don't have any new record in it or have nothing in it.

Sorry for the details, when i do an export with the wizard and i am importing that in other pc, i dont see nothing of the applicacion, and what roles can see the application, 

Yes, im using designer studio.

I was exporting ruleset and product from other machine.

i would like that any roles have access for this application (attachment I-1),i wanna that operator ID Author.PruebaDB have access (attachment I-2).
