Extend interaction history for outbound campaign

Hello team,

tried extending IH for inbound dsm application and it worked fine. Now during creation of outbound campaign we extended IH the same way we extended IH for inbound earlier. Below are the two inferences:

1. When not using update status shape in the offer flow, IH is generated but customised attributes are not populated.

2. When using update status shape in offer flow, IH is generated and custom properties are populated. But the problem is Above step 1 is also happening. It means for a customer if 3 propositions are offered then 3 interactions should be there in IH but in this case 6(3 by step1 and 3 by step2) are generated in IH.

Please share your views.
