Since my Designer Studio got reset, I am trying to import the RAP file. But I am getting an error as shown in the below screenshot. Except this RAP file I am able to import the other RAP files without any issue. Please help me.
There should be an exception in your logs such as "Insufficient privileges to import ...". Save this portion (complete stacktrace) of the log file to a text file and attach. We can then debug from where the exception is being thrown.
Your issue is probably related to Multi-Tenant functionality.
I did some more research. This error you are seeing in the rule form is actually part of Import Wizard rules - namely "Rule-HTML-ParagraphpyInsufficientPrivilegesToInstallArchiveMsg". This is called from section pxShowErrorsForMT, in flow action pxShowErrorsForMT, in flow pxImport.
(text from screenshot dialog - pyRestrictedRules, pyBlockedRules, pxHasConflictingInstanceForMT, pxHasOnlyRrestrictedArchives)
From developer forum, I found this "The Admin of an Application created in the SHARED layer of an MT system is unable to import instances of restricted rule types even with the multitenant/enabletenantdevelopment PRConfig switch set to true. For the time being, we are using a work-around for this issue where the user logs in as Administrator@Pega and grants the missing privilege to the Admin operator of the SHARED Application."
