We are integrating with some other application. where they are sending request to create a case to our Pega application, in response to their request we are sending Case-Id for them. In rare cases, we are not able to see the case id's in our Pega application for which we already sent response for their request.
even in logs we checked but we didn't find anything related to that case. There was no clue in our Pega dB also regarding that case.
could some one please help me in understanding why it's not committing for few cases? what else I need to check in the application?
It is always difficult to trace rare exceptions only in production. If you are not able to reproduce on lower environment, maybe you can set DEBUG on specific classes but it depends what sort of request you are talking about.
