I suggest you increase polling interval. Posted: 1 year agoShezadM8 Sopra Steria replied to ARVINDMALAVThanks for your answer. It means that in a folder where 2000 or 3000 new files are added per hour, we cannot predict in which order files will be processed. How increasing polling interval will help in my case ? We have 3 nodes for application users, and 1 node for this file listener. Posted: 1 year agoARVINDMALAV PEGA replied to ShezadM8We suggest you deploy this File Listener to all 3 nodes for load balancing ( consult with your architects). Polling interval will give threads processing files some delay. Posted: 1 year agoShezadM8 Sopra Steria replied to ARVINDMALAVBut if the activity that process each file need to modify a case. What if in an exceptional case, on multiple node, at the same time we need to modify the same case. Does PEGA handle that correctly ?
