I suggest you increase polling interval. It means that in a folder where 2000 or 3000 new files are added per hour, we cannot predict in which order files will be processed. How increasing polling interval will help in my case ? We have 3 nodes for application users, and 1 node for this file listener. Polling interval will give threads processing files some delay. What if in an exceptional case, on multiple node, at the same time we need to modify the same case. Does PEGA handle that correctly ?
