File Download popup under HTTPS site
Automated one web application (https) where it prompts message 'There is a problem with this website's security certificate' with 'Continue to this website (not recommended)' option. Automated to perform continue through event.
On navigating to next pages, automated one link button to download file which prompt file download popup through new window. The new window also prompt with the same security message and prompt file download window. Our automation code to perform 'Open', 'Save', Cancel' is not working through automation.

Hi - are you asking (in effect) how to ignore the warning and download the file in any case ?
I'm not sure why the Robotics side is apparently not letting choose a particular button here; but I would just caution against over-ruling this warning - the warning is (correctly and helpfully) preventing you from downloading a file from an untrusted website; which is a good thing to have in general.
You would be probably better installing a correct (CA-Signed) certificate (on the https server itself); or else if this an internal website running https ; then at least importing the Trusted Certificate into your Browser's Trust Store to avoid the message altogether.
When clicking these type of pop-ups, you often need to do so from the created event of the form. If you try to wait for the pop-up in your execution thread it usually doesn't work. You can use the Signal component to wait in your main thread until your event thread has closed the pop-up.
