PFA the snapshots of my File Listener and Service File config and let me know what am I missing.Note : I am dropping a text file at the specified location. Please enable the debug loggers on below class and share . com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.file.FileListener; And also for testing purpose please include log-message steps in Initial, Service and Final activity.
