The only 1 subcases for the main cases was supposed to be created after a step but somehow it is creating 2 subcases.
And when we refresh the case to see the changes, 2 Subcases were created and throwing this error. There is no option to trace it for this scenario.
I know the reason of this duplicate creation. My question is now, is this the reason which is giving the error in the case portal ?
I checked in the clipboard page, for the duplicate case, the covered class is Work-Cover-. It is not able to update proper class although it is a duplicate case. And the whole case got stuck. We cannot perform any action.
Is there any workaround to delete the duplicate subcase from clipboard.
