Do you know who and why this setting has been enabled? I guess it could be that system is under heavy load, where a lot of users are sending requests at once, the Operator Presence system can become overloaded and fail.
Maybe, have you noticed this heavy load on your logs?
Operator presence record is being used by many OOTB features for processing and it is recommended to have the DSS value set to TRUE (although, it is enabled by default @ PRPC731 version).
Observing the reported exception in the logs even during a normal / low load.

Furthermore,sorry if I sound rude, as I have observed across multiple PDN posts, you would be the first person to inquire but no triage or further action would happen and eventually the posts get orphaned.
It will be difficult to drive you to the appropriate remediation without looking into your full logs. We need to understand how your system has been setup and if it is indeed overloaded when receiving such errors.
Maybe you should create a support request for further analysis.
