I have got to know about Gamification and Loyalty module to be implemented for one of our client (Telecom) for the upcoming programme. However from Pega perspective I have never heard of performing Gamification & Loyalty module and couldnt retrieve any materials and understanding related to this. Could any of you please help me in sharing any knowledge on understanding this module. Thanks a lot for your support in advance.
While we have no module name as such Pega could be used for these purposes, depends a bit on the requirements or use case.
Loyalty in the form of Retention Management is a major use case for (NBA) Advisor, and customers use our software to encourage for example prepay customers and online gamers to keep burning their credit or top up more credit, typically through bulk campaigns or event trigger real time marketing (event strategy manager). There are also boutique partners such as Serendebyte who have built very use cases around earning points etc.

Also a short demo if you have any it helps me to understand that how does Advisor deals with these modules in real time and how does the Pega screen looks like for any communication model.
