There is no explicit way OOB to modify these address binding, i.e. ServicesPortSOAP and ServicesPortSOAP12 are for SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2 respectively, its up to the caller which version they want to use. Same for the port, until prweb, we take URL from clipboard property "contextURI" and i don't think there is a way to customize port OOB in generated WSDL
But i can envision this use case for example, if only https traffic is allowed for web services, but PRPC SOAP Service WSDL only generated http (no https) endpoints.
SOAP Address Generated from Service package is : <soap:address location="http://<PRPC_URL>:80/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/SOAP/Decisioning/Services"/>
SOAP Address Expected is: <soap:address location="https://<PRPC_URL>/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/SOAP/Decisioning/Services"/>
In such case you would have to hand modify the generated WSDL. Is the agreeable?
