While reading Pega Decisioning Consultant training material I see that is possible to customize the default proposition organization hierarchy (Issue/Group/Propositions) to a more generic structure, such as (Area, Group, Sub Group, Proposition). I am interested to know how to do this customization.
It really depends on the use case and business needs. This customization is actually mainly visible in the Visual Business Director (VBD) where you can monitor the actual customer interactions and execute simulations. There are few modules on Pega Academy, you check those out.
Assuming the business defines a 4 level hierarchy as Javier explained (Area, Group, Sub Group, Proposition), how would you actually do it?
Also, could you please also let me know which Pega Academy modules you are referring to? I just went thru the PCDC certification and even though it mentions the possibility of customizing the Proposition Hierarchy, I can't find how this is done.
