Getting SocketTimeoutException while importing product rule in newly setup environment
Hi All - Can you please help me resolve this issue? I am getting SocketTimeoutException when importing an 84MB size product zip file. Same product zip has been imported successfully in lower environments earlier. We are on pega v7.1.5 and weblogic/oracle.
what is different between your lower env and the production? Do you have web server in front of the weblogic application server in your production? If that is the case, I suspect web server plugin timeout setting is too small.
Thank you Kevin Zheng for your response! There is no difference that we know of between the environment where it worked and the one where we are trying now. Due to urgency to get the issue resolved, team has opened the SR for the same SR-A14954.
Thank you Gangababu Gollapalli for the response!! I tried to find timeout setting using WLS admin console but could not find connection/read timeout, so sent email to my WLS admins, lets see what they say.
