Has anyone integrated Pega with eGain Chat tool from ChatBot perspective?
Have a requirement to integrate eGain Chat tool responses with Pega application so that ChatBot can be implemented (using NLP). Can you please let me know if anyone has implemented similar solution using Pega Virtual assistant?
Hi Tanmoy, Pega has been investing in the virtual assistant space and have our own implementation as a Web Chatbot. This is available from CRM 7.4 onward. I have not heard of anyone using a third party Chatbot as a back-end for Pega Chat.
