Have a requirement to create a new Queue table for Standard Agent Processing

Have a requirement to create a new Queue table for Standard Agent Processing so that we can refrain from using SLA table and PR_SYS_Queue table.

Do we have any article or write up from pega on how to create custom Queue table?
