Hello, want to know the scope of Pega SFA application
Hi, I want to know the scope of Pega SFA application. As per my understanding, SFA scope starts right after campaign/ advertisement, which is known as Lead and ends at Opportunity stage. Does it also cover Customer engagement/onboarding stage i.e. when the opportunity materialize and the process moves towards Contract/Product or Service sold stage ? If it covers that area also, how does it do after Opportunity?
