The report definition accepts a parameter (CatalogueName) and returns a number of columns including CatalogueId I want the user to be able to type characters from the CatalogueName into the autocomplete control and for the value of CatalogueId to be persisted to the underlying property (.MyCatalogueId) So essentially, I want the Name to always be displayed in the control, but I want the Id to be persisted to the underlying property. I just can't seem to get it configured to do what I want! User Experience × Close popover Facebook Twitter Linkedin Email Copy Link Copied! You don't need to provide a parameter to RD which is used as a source for an autocomplete field. 2. "So essentially, I want the Name to always be displayed in the control" - in that autocomplete only or plus elsewhere in the system? 3. That's the configuration (only for the case if an answer for Q2 is "in the autocomplete only"): In case of you need to show the same CatalogueName with underlying CatalogueID, you'll need to use a page property to keep this mapping. Or, even better - use keyed (or parametrized) data page with the same RD as a source Posted: 1 year ago Posted: 31 Oct 2019 8:57 EDT × Close popover Rett Hean (Rett_Hean_GCS) PEGA Principal Software Solutions Engineer Pegasystems Inc.
