Help Identifying error on an Application (URGENT)
EDIT : Turns out I didn't change the Monitor record on Service Package. I changed it on a different server. So the record should be default value.
Still don't know what caused it.
Last week I modified the Monitor record on Service Package, changed all the pools into 1 just to see if that'd drops the performance.
Yet today when I'm checking my Application, I cannot open anything, case from case designer, operator from name dropdown on top right, or even openning application from the application dropdown.
But when I switched the application to another application, it'd run fine, nothing goes wrong.
Anyone can give me an explanation why this happens (is it because of the pools of 1 on Monitor Service Package) or another thing, what could cause this? Is there any solution?
