How to add an attachment which is in another attachment in my attachments section

I have a scenario that i have to attach an email as an attachment, if the email has any attachments with in that then i have to add those attachments in an attachment section and it need to be displayed in a work object form ..

I completed the attachment of email but i am struct to attach with in attachments of that email

 

Example: my work object is w-10. it  has a section that displays all attachments. i received a mail with 2 attachments (A1 and A2), i attached this mail in attachment section as a first row, now i have to add A1 as 2nd row and A2 as 3rd row.

 

Please provide any suggestion.
