What I am still confused on is which SLA the assignment uses for the past goal/deadline. Our SLAs are applied at the CASE level, not on specific assignments. So when you submit an assignment, what is it basing its calculations on?
What I see from my local box is that these values will be calculated as 0 if the SLA is at the Case level. Let me know if that is true in your case as well. pxTaskElapsedTime value calculation is independent of Goal and Deadline times.
Yes, I've come to the same result here. It looks like we have some refactoring work to do on our side! I really do think Pega needs better/more training and information on SLAs and how best to use and implement them. I only found a tiny chapter in the LSA course manual, which was quite insufficient, and inaccessible to most people...
