I tried to search my question but could not get anything from PDN.May I know is there a possibility to attach a file on the first screen/clipboard, before Case creation? Then when user click on Create, it will tied the attachment to the case. Thank you. Case Management ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! Looks like it is still looking for a pzInsKey in Work- SaveAttachment Posted: 2 years agoRachit_Agarwal PEGA replied to JoS18064Hi, Yes, I observed the same behavior. So, I did a private- edit and commented the 1st step and again ran the scenario. Could now attach the file. Can you try and implement a similar activity which could attach a file in pyAttachments under pyWorkPage. Please let me know in case of any queries Posted: 2 years agoSREEPADI Cognizant replied to Rachit_AgarwalRachit, As the case is not created yet, how can the link be established between attachment instance in table and the case in work table? Posted: 2 years agoRachit_Agarwal PEGA replied to SREEPADIActually, what I tried to do is link the attachment in front end only, and later once the case is created we could link the same attachment to work object/DB. But it seems like currently, we cannot do that. Posted: 2 years agoVikas@Multichannel PEGA replied to JoS18064It could be bit cumbersome. Please check my answer in this post.
