How to build alerting mechanism in Pega smart dispute 7.2

Hi,

I am using Smart Dispute, as per business requirement have to generate the alerting mechanism.

Scenario:

While processing the claim, CSR want to prioritize the claim and it should rout to work basket form that appropriate user can take and work.

That prioritization should be alerted on the dashboard of the team member/manage who is working on it
