How can i fullfill the requirement changing string from ABCD,EFGH,IJKL,MNOP,QRST to "ABCD","EFGH","IJKL","MNOP","QRST"
Hi All,
Can you help me in this how could I fulfill the requirement from a text input the data will be given as ABCD,EFGH,IJKL,MNOP,QRST but in post activity the value of the string should be as "ABCD","EFGH","IJKL","MNOP","QRST" .

You need to replace each , character with "," and add a " to the start and end. I would do this in a data transform using an expression like below (where origString is your original text and newString is the result). As you are using commas and double quotes it can get a bit confusing as these are used in the expression themselves, and quotes need to be escaped with \.
"\"" + @String.replaceAll(.origString,",","\",\"") + "\""
