1) Launch Excel 2) Click "File - Options" 3) Click "Trust Center" 5) Click "Trust Center Settings" 5)Select "ActiveX Settings" 6) Modify "ActiveX Settings for all Office Applications" from the default to "Disable all controls without notifications"
Unfortunately I dont have the permission to change the Trust Center settings. Just like a normal user would click away the warning messages I would expect the Pega Robot is able to do that. How can we configure Pega Robotics to do so?
You might try interrogating them using an adapter set to MonitorAll. This part is important as using the connector will start an instance of Excel. In order to hook it with an adapter, you will need to already be listening for it to start; hence the use of MonitorAll. I have had limited success with this in the past. You may need to use SendKeys to dismiss some of them. We technically do not support interrogation of Office products, however so the suggestion to have them turned off is the best one.
