how can a manager incresase workurgency manually
I am working on a usecase called online laundry.I am facing problems with SLA.I have uploaded a photo with the requriement. I have workqueues and workgroups for Pickup,washers,ironers,Drycleaners,Starchers and delivery.LaundryAdministrator is a person in the Laundry:Managers Accessgroup, and there other access groups like Laundry:Pickup , Laundry:Washers ,Laundry:Ironers, Laundry:DryCleaners etc. LaundryAdminstrator should be able manually increase the workUrgency when servicetype is EXPRESSS.How to do the SLA for this. I did routing to Workqueue for each assignment. I am working on personaledition 8.3.
