Are their multiple reports that are delivered as needed
Does the requestor have access to Pega?
Option 1: The CSR receiving the report does not have access to Pega --- Approach:In that case this sounds like a special case of an externally-triggered flow where the output is a message (e.g. email) with the report attached (or a retrieval link to a repository). This can get complicated as you have to account for all potential reports; or Use BIX to export to a BI tool/data warehouse for more enterprise access.
Option 2: CSR in Dept A sends a request to CSR in Dept B for a report. CSR in Dept B clicks on the report request link. Report is generated and link to access the report sent to CSR in Dept A. CSR in Dept A clicks on the link. The report is displayed to CSR in Dept A --- Approach:This scenario can be created by a combination of flows and activities. This can get complicated as you have to account for all potential reports.
Option 3: The out of the box way would be to go to the report and “Schedule” it, either as a 1 time or reoccurring and let the agent take care of emailing it out (sent at the top of the hour, there is no “now”). Or you can run the report, export it to PDF/Excel and email it out manually.
Option 4: If the requestor has access to Pega you could add the report to dashboard if it’s a frequently run report requiring live data.
