We are getting this "An error occurred while processing your email..." sent to the original sender of email. We do not want to send back any error since they are outside of the organization. How can we stop Pega from sending back error messages?
For our purposes we used the DSS Setting email/blockResponse in Pega-IntSvcs. This successfully blocked any outgoing emails. This blocks ALL outgoing emails, therefore this fix is not for everyone. Did tried service email configuration but emails were still going out.
