How can we stop Pega from sending back error messages?

We are having a similar issue that is discussed here: An error occurred while processing your email Reason: Email service [EmailDefault][Appclass][AppSE] failed:PRRuntimeError You originally wrote

We are getting this "An error occurred while processing your email..." sent to the original sender of email. We do not want to send back any error since they are outside of the organization. How can we stop Pega from sending back error messages?
