C case and I case are separate thread, so I am not able to close the I- case tab using the button in service case. Is there is any way to achieve it? Please provide your inputs on this. I believe the better approch would be to mimic the close icon of the tab in Interaction Portal. Please test the configuration. Thank you. IN View ProfileSend MessageREDDR3 PEGA replied to AntonyRajanHi Antony, There is something called QuickWrapup configuraiton on Interaction Driver rule... that will do the job. When you configured Quickwrapup, irrespective of user is in Interaction screen (document) or service case screen, this will work. It closes service cases from client side and resolves the interaction.
