You can look into the context.xml file in your Personal edition installation directory which has tomcat/conf folder for this file. Generally the database will be postgres and the user to access both rules and data schemas is postgres/postgres. So you can perform the below steps in your pgAdmin tool,
Right click on Servers > Create > Server,
Provide any Name,
Go to Connection tab provide Host name/address with "localhost/your ip address", Port:5432, Maintenance database : postgres, Username : postgres, Password : postgres
Hope this will help you to achieve your requirement.
I have configured in the same way but i didnot find any Database and any tables which are available in my application Could you please suggest me how to acheive this Please find attachment for clarifications

I am not sure which version currently you are using, but if you are into the latest version then the table related to data types are being stored into the customerdata schema which will be seen in your schemas list.
