How to convert existing(6.2) Work type to case types (8.4) during upgrade

We have a requirement to convert existing production work types which developed long back in 6.2 in Customer Service to Case types during pega 8.4 upgrade. How to reuse the same class structure and create case type for those intents?

 

Current application version is 7.4.
