How to create a new correspondence from the Case Manager portal?
Hello everyone,
I have a requirement to allow manager to add a new mail or modify an existing mail that is stored in a correspondence rule.
To modify an existing mail, I just delegate the rule but how can I do to enable a user to create a new correspondence ?

Hi Imen,
There is no way to create a new correspondence from Case manager portal.
Yes, existing ones can be modified by delegating as you said.
Let me know your exact use case, probably I can suggest some other approach to address that.
