How can I customize menu items in summary panel case view?
By default, the menu items are organized "Details" for case information and "Pulse" for pulse which are the triggers to each sections showed in case main area.
These two Items looks like a Menu, but are actually two section included inside a Region component. Please observe the image below. Where you can see Case Information section, and Pulse gadget section is included inside the main content Region.
You can customize this region to add more content or delete existing one.

It is also possible to add counters in the tab so that the user can have an idea of how many elements are present in the tabs,
Note that the counter must be a property - it is important that the counter is obtained as efficiently as possible and not obtained from the data page that will be used to render the table. This is especially useful with defer loaded tab
1/ In your case view section (pyCaseMainInner),
2/ open the section configuration by clicking on settings. You will see the tab name (Details in the screenshot) -
3/ check 'include icon or value' and add a property - make sure to select 'Icon property' in the dropdown
The property could be on a Data page or a property on the pyWorkPage
