We are created some workflow using case designer, whenever user click on stages and click on save button in case designer. it is saving all the rules, related to particular stage. It is creating confusion in development.
How to disable save button in case designer? or do we have any option overcome this problem.
Hi Susan, It is the scenario, user just clicked the stages and trying to save the case designer, stage is having value to assign the work to some workbasket.
Designer studio case designer not displaying all the workbaskets, it displays only workbasket configured in developer operator id.
Let us assume currently stage configured with workbasket xyz, but developer operator id is configured with workbasket abc.
When developer try to open the case designer it shows workbasket value abc, but actually configured one is xyz. In this state when developer try to save case designer, it overwrites the existing configuration and saves workbasket name is abc.
