How to disable previous menu items in the converation in IVA webchat?
We have created a webchat channel using Pega IVA. Where we are providing some menu items. So as conversation goes on. We want to disable the menu items, from which user has already selected an option. How can we achieve it?

From platform point of view, the only way is to use quick replies instead of buttons. If user click quick reply, other options disappear and it is not possible to click something else. In the case context, menu is always displayed as quick replies but outside the case context (in response) as buttons. In 8.5 will be possible to select menu items in response as quick replies too.
