I am using PE 7.2.1. As attached image shows, the covered case displays directely under the cover case when there is only one covered case, however, if there are more than one covered case, "My Cases" Tree gird groups multiple covered cases further by their case type. Are there any wayt to prevent this behavior of Tree grid? I wanted all covered cases display in "Flat Mode" wihtout being grouped by their case type. If so, Could you please uncheck the "Do not display group headings" checkbox in the Report viewer tab and test the scenario. You can override this activity in your application and add the first step as Exit-Activity which should ideally stop this grouping.
