How do I raise a support request to Pega ?

Hi,

We have an issue of starting flows in the Create case shapes not launching in Pega 7.1.9 . The same is working fine in Pega 7.2. 

Could some one help me with the steps to raise a support request (SR) with Pega for the same  ?
