By giving roles to your workbasket makes a privilege to that operator and only that operator can access that assignment 2. In Assignment shape, in routing part select WorkBasket and provide your workbasket created for that operator. Whenever you run the case, workbasket will be routed to that role only not for everyone. By using this you can restrict an operator from opening a different workbasket. PFA for implementation.
