How do we check if messages have been sent (Pega Marketing)
There have been cases where we get a failed campaign run and it displays that there are 0 offers initiated.
Yet in the same page, another section say that a number of offers have been initiated.
Upon checking, the messages in the offer have indeed been sent, despite the failed campaign run.
First of all, why is there a contradiction in the number of offers initiated?
Secondly, is it correct to say that as long an offer has been initiated (from second screenshot), then it means that that offer's flow has been performed? Ie, the SMS/emails that are part of the offer have been sent?

What I gather from the page you shared is that if the records are not found in the pr_data_corr_sms or pr_data_corr_email tables, then the messages have been successfully sent. But how can we be sure that the campaign has reached the stage where records have been inserted to the aforementioned tables? I'm thinking that it is also possible that records are not found in these tables not because the messages were sent, but because they were never inserted in the first place. Thoughts?
