How to enable webchat bot for user/manager portal

Hi All

I have an application build on Pega rules(no customer service ) 

I have created a chatbot with multiple services and i want to enable web chatbot option in case manager and user portals 

Requirement

as user login, he will be able to show the same (chat) screen as in the preview console.
