Hello,
I guess you can have a Report Definition retrieving history data from your corresponding pc_history_work table.
If I understood correctly your business need here.

Every work class (if it's concrete) has a corresponding history class (and data table). Usually, a history class has a naming convension: History-<your work class name>.

The pc_history will store all the case audit history of your work objects. I don't think chat history/transcripts are stored in this table.
I am unsure if there is an exact table or gets stored in Chat Engine, but I have seen users attaching the chat log to interaction objects after the interaction.
May be others can weigh in.
