How to find source IP Details of Pega cloud in PRPC v 7.2.2 .
We are using Pega version 7.2.2. Which is in cloud.
When Testing (Test Connectavity ) an Email Account rule, Some times status showing good and some times showing failed error message showing that "The connection to the outbound email server timed out. The server may be unavailable, or the connection configuration may be incorrect. Verify username, password, and SSL options." We went for support team they asking for "source IP Details". We are using Host (SMTP) : mail.tal.com.au And Port No : 25.
Could any one please help us by letting know how to find "source IP Details" of Pega cloud in PRPC version 7.2.2.
The source IP that is being asked is for the SMTP server, this IP can not be found on PRPC. You will need to check with your company's IT team. the IP is requested to test if the it is available from cloud instances.
