How to fix a Job schedular which has been stuck for a while,
I have a simple job scheduler in Test environment,which is being used to send emails in specific intervals. But it has stopped running since 11th of February,2020 and most of the last executions are "failed", the Next Run is being set to some future date and hence none can trace it.Although the scheduler is not running in next run time as well.
Please let me know how to restart that or does it have anything like agent schedule so that i can control it in Test environment where i do not have any open ruleset.I believe anything to do with Job scheduler we need an open ruleset.
Have you checked on your Admin Studio if you have any broken instances? You can check the status of your Job Scheduler from there and maybe trace it to understand where the problem is coming from. PegaRULES logs might help as well.
MarcLasserre_GCS i went through the Job scheduler i admin studio thoroughly before posting this question.I saw last 100 runs as failed with some exceptions, but unless i trace it again how would i know where is the issue.I can not trace it because its not running at all and next run is set to a past date.
