In my requirement, need to get the values from fields available in the application(around 50 fields has to capture) and those fields has to export to excel file.
by the query can write all at a time and calculations has done in the query as well. That's why I want to use query to export the fields values instead of using long development automation components blocks.

I'm having trouble understanding what exactly you want to do and what you are trying to avoid doing. It sounds like you want to export some data from the application to Excel. If you do not want to use a report definition to do this, then you should look into our BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) product. One of the things it is specifically designed to do is to export application data to Excel.
