How to get rid of the email footer for the inbound email
We are using Pega 7.2.2 version. In our application, the approvers get notified through emails and they approve it through email and through the email listener we take the content from the inbound email which is then displayed in the application if one the screens.
When we get the content from the email, we get the actual message and the footer which Organisation adds it by default. Is there any way to suppress the email footer which the organisation adds it by default. All we wanted is to display just the body of the email.
Attached is one such example. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Currently, we are using @(Pega-RULES:String).replaceAll. This works only if the email comes from 1 organisation where we have hard coded. But if the email comes from some other organisation then it doesn't work. Because we have few clusters here which work as different organisations and have got different footer for each cluster.
We don't want to hard code but instead looking for some solution through we can identify the footer and get rid of that.
