How to hide "yes" and "no" options for radio buttons, and use separate labels for the options?

Hi, I am trying to set my radio buttons such that it doesn't display any visible labels beside the radio buttons. Instead I would like to use a separate label right at the top. Like the picture below.

I have tried changing the "prompt value" to empty(radio button property). However, it will just display "Standard Value".

please help I really need it for my project
